Get an idea of where all amenities are.

Driving range, Chipping green, Sand trap, Putting green.

Having a good idea of where and how long it takes to walk to each will help create good time management in your pre round warm up session.

Become comfortable with speed of greens.

Usually the champion of the tournament putts very well and is the quickest player to adjust to the speed of the greens.

Get comfortable with targets and the proper clubs to use off the tee.
